Senior Site Reliability Engineer Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer with strong Azure and SaaS experience. In this role, you will plan and manage reliability strategies, automate operations, respond to incidents, and improve observability across cloud infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as primary contact for critical SaaS applications hosted in Azure.
• Maintain infrastructure within a FedRAMP High environment ensuring compliance with NIST 800-53.
• Configure and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and applications.
• Participate in on-call rotations and maintain SLA performance.
• Develop automation for monitoring, logging, and incident response.
• Contribute to security documentation including SSPs and runbooks.
• Implement observability using logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting.
• Partner with engineering, security, and product teams to improve reliability.
• Lead incident post-mortems and root-cause analysis.

What You’ll Need

• 8+ years experience in SRE, DevOps, or cloud administration.
• Strong Azure experience including AKS and cloud security.
• Programming or scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, JSON, YAML).
• Infrastructure-as-code expertise with Terraform and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with redundancy, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog or Azure Application Insights.
• Strong networking fundamentals including VPNs, DNS, load balancing, and firewalls.
• Experience working in FedRAMP environments and NIST 800-53 controls.

Preferred

• CI/CD automation experience.
• Experience with PagerDuty or Jira Service Management.
• Advanced troubleshooting using observability tools.
• Experience with large-scale distributed cloud systems.
